Despite the continuing difficulties in the market environment, with EUR 83.7 million, Curtis 1000 Europe AG realized a concern turnover in 2004 that is only slightly less than the value of the previous year (84.3 million EUR).
Purchase of Hermes GmbH & Cie. KG Paper Mill
Curtis 1000 Europe AG has purchased RWE Umwelt AG’s (RWE Environment Plc) shares in the Hermes GmbH & Cie. KG paper mill, Düsseldorf including the existing corporate loan standing at 45 million Euro.
